Patient Information:  A 57 year old male with shortness of breath.

Findings: 

• Mild cardiomegaly
• Visceral pleural edge at right apex
• Right basilar atelectasis
• Small right pleural effusion
• Right rib fractures

Diagnosis: Right pneumothorax
